IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that Cevar does not offer free returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location and package size. Return costs typically range from €4.95 to €24.95.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed after it has been received. Even if tracking shows the package has arrived at our facility, additional processing time may be required.

Once your return has been approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Bank Transfer Refunds: Up to 5 business days

  • PayPal & Credit Card Refunds: Up to 14 business days

Can I Return My Order?

Yes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must include all original components and packaging.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage caused by improper handling.

  • Hygiene-related products must be cleaned before being returned.

  • Any manufacturing defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are typically reviewed and processed within 7 business days of arrival.

Please note that all products are produced specifically for customer orders. Certain customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

Cevar reserves the right to reject returns if products appear to have been used excessively or damaged through causes unrelated to manufacturing defects.

How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the above requirements, please contact us to begin the return process.

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photo of the Product (if damaged or defective)

  • Full Name

  • Shipping Address

Our customer support team will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Do not send returns to the sender address shown on your package.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the following conditions, provided they are acting as private individuals and not as part of a commercial or professional activity.

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the final item of your order.

Because our order processing system is highly automated, orders are prepared immediately after being placed. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be stopped or modified.

Therefore, cancellation and refund requests can only be completed after the goods have been received and returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Cevar in writing via email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

The withdrawal becomes effective once the returned goods have been received.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Already In Transit

As our products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, delivery times can occasionally vary.

If your order has already been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

In this case, please wait for delivery and then initiate the return process.

You may notify us of your intention to return the order in advance to help speed up processing.

For faster service, we recommend providing tracking information once your return shipment has been sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Cevar will refund all payments received from you, excluding:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Additional delivery costs for premium shipping options selected at checkout

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive:

  1. Your withdrawal request

  2. The returned goods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

No additional refund fees will be charged.

Return Shipping Address

All approved returns must be sent at the customer's expense to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us and receiving return authorization instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
